I'm a personal trainer who specializes in hypertrophy, mobility, flexibility, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). With certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), I bring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to fitness that helps clients reach their goals efficiently and sustainably.
My journey into strength training began at just 12 years old. I was heavily involved in sports like hockey, golf, baseball, and soccer from a young age, and my competitive mindset drove me to take training seriously early on. Each sport challenged my body in different ways—hockey for power and agility, golf for control and stability, baseball for speed and coordination, and soccer for endurance and mobility. This mix gave me a deep understanding of how to train the body from all angles, which still influences how I program workouts today.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself not only to physical training but also to nutrition. As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I offer expert guidance on meal planning and dietary strategies, helping clients fuel their bodies for performance, recovery, and overall well-being. I’ve worked with individuals at all levels, from beginners to athletes, and pride myself on creating personalized plans that deliver real, lasting results.
My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your absolute best—both inside and outside the gym.
